A Hospital in Springdale Opens Expanded Campus
Arkansas Childrenβs Northwest in Springdale officially opened its expanded Pat Walker Campus earlier this week.
What Was Added: The $82.7M expansion added a new infusion center, a centralized lab designed to deliver faster diagnostic results, expanded spaces for pediatric physical and occupational therapy, and more capacity for specialty and surgical care.
How It Helps: The added capacity will allow local medical teams to treat more complex cases that previously required Northwest Arkansas families to travel outside the region for care.

Cocktail Classes Return to Walton Arts Center
Cocktail classes will return to Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville throughout the 2026-27 season.
The Details: Each class gives guests the chance to learn how to craft two themed cocktails or mocktails, paired with appetizers.
A Taste of Broadway: Classes are tied to six Broadway musicals coming to Walton Arts Center, plus a Holiday Spirits class in December. First up is Dirty Dancing: The Musical, running Oct 21-25.
