Bentonville Public Library Set To Reopen Next Week
Following a four-week closure for major renovations, the Bentonville Public Library will reopen on Monday, Oct 28. A ribbon cutting and welcome celebration are set for Wednesday, Oct 30, at 5p.
New & Improved: The expansion project added 22,975 square feet to the existing library, for a total of 61,295 square feet. Highlights include an expanded youth services area, a digital lab, and a maker space equipped with 3D printers, laser cutters, and more.
Booked For Wednesday: The Welcome Celebration festivities will begin on the new Main Street Veranda, with refreshments and other giveaways in the new Walmart Foundation Community Room, which now accommodates up to 250 people.

Startups from the 2024 Fuel AI/ML Cohort will present innovative solutions during the fifth annual Fuel AI/ML Demo Day at the Record in Downtown Bentonville next Tuesday, Oct 29, from 5-9p.
Accelerate: Fuel is a 10-week accelerator for seed and growth-stage tech startups, providing training, resources, and mentorship opportunities to get them enterprise-ready. Nine startups participated in the 2024 Fuel AI/ML Cohort.
Cutting Edge: Join industry leaders, visionaries, and fellow enthusiasts for a night of presentations from the nine companies on their cutting-edge solutions that could shape the future of Artificial intelligence and machine learning. Following the demo, there will be a cocktail afterparty co-hosted by Fuel and Startup NWA.
