Walmart AMP May Add Event Space to Venue
The Walmart AMP in Rogers may expand its event space.
AMPing Things Up: City filings show a two-story, 9,432 sqft front-of-house addition and a north addition at 9,153 sqft.
More Room to Rock: The project hasn't been approved yet, and no specific details are available to be shared yet.

A Fayetteville Steakhouse Hints At A Comeback
Herman's Ribhouse in Fayetteville may reopen after closing its doors in March 2026.
Back for Seconds: The restaurant’s owner shared photos of the space to Facebook, saying the team is working hard to open Herman’s up again.
Well Done: The well-known restaurant first opened its doors in 1964 and became Fayetteville’s first-ever Arkansas Food Hall of Fame inductee in 2024. In the past, the menu featured ribs, steaks, burgers, homemade salsa with crackers, and more.

Fifteen homes across Bentonville sold for $1 million or more in July.
The Million Dollar Club: So far in 2026, roughly 50 homes within Bentonville city limits have sold for $1 million or more.
11 Years Later: For context, back in 2015, only two homes in the city sold for $1 million or more.
