Greek Life is a major part of the University of Arkansas experience, with dozens of fraternities and sororities represented across campus. Whether youβre looking for traditional Panhellenic sororities, IFC fraternities, historically Black Greek organizations, or culturally based organizations, there are plenty of communities to explore.

The Panhellenic Council is the governing body for the University of Arkansasβ National Panhellenic Conference sororities. These organizations focus on sisterhood, leadership, scholarship, philanthropy, and creating community among women across campus.

The United Greek Council's purpose is:Β To unify and organize students that seek to promote diversity and cohesion on campus and in the community, encourage cooperation and harmony among member organizations, provide educational programs and service the needs and wants of member organizations, take an active role in community service activities, and serve as a liaison between university authorities and member organizations in matters of common interest.
