Fayetteville was recently ranked as No. 1 in the country for growth in million-dollar home listings, according to a new report.

  • Million-Dollar Momentum: The city saw a 37.7% year-over-year increase in luxury listings, with 10.6% of current listings now in the luxury category.

  • Metro Boomin’: The report points to Fayetteville’s expanding economy, growing tech and logistics sectors, major corporate presence, and steady population growth as drivers. The city outranked metros like Durham, Santa Fe, and Colorado Springs.

PJ’s Coffee, a New Orleans-based coffee shop, will open in Rogers on Monday, Jun 1, from 6a-7p.

  • A Taste Of N’Orleans: PJ’s will offer a wide variety of hot, iced, and frozen drinks, including the famous Cold Brew Iced Coffee created by founder Phyllis Jordan in 1978. Fans also enjoy Velvet Ices, Caramel CrΓ¨mes, Granitas, and more, alongside breakfast and lunch options like beignets.

Firework Show To Return To Northwest Arkansas Mall For First Time In Over A Decade

The Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville will host its first large-scale Fourth of July fireworks show in over a decade, happening on Saturday, Jul 4.

  • Don’t Call It A Comeback: The show will return for the first time since 2015, with a 25-minute, music-synced display expected. Thousands of people are expected.
