Mamma Mia! To Hit The WAC Stage

Get ready to sing along as Walton Arts Center welcomes the hit musical Mamma Mia! to Fayetteville from Tuesday, Apr 21, through Sunday, Apr 26, for a feel-good Broadway experience packed with ABBA favorites.

  • Radio Hits on Stage: Set on a sunny Greek island, this story follows a bride-to-be’s search for her father, all told through iconic songs like “Dancing Queen” and “Take a Chance on Me,” creating a high-energy night of nostalgia and fun.

  • A Broadway Favorite: Very limited seating remains, with tickets available for the Thursday, Apr 23 1:30p show. More seats may be released the week of, so make sure to check back then.

Northwest Park Reopens in Rogers

After a year of rebuilding, Northwest Park in Rogers will celebrate its grand reopening on Wednesday, May 6, at 4p.

  • Bounce Back: Originally remodeled and reopened in 2024, one of Rogers’ oldest parks saw only a brief return before the 2024 tornadoes caused significant damage just weeks later, forcing a temporary closure.

  • Comeback of the Year: Now fully repaired, Northwest Park is ready to welcome Northwest Arkansans back with upgraded facilities and a focus on being a hub for youth baseball and softball, expected to host hundreds of games each year.

Three NWA Projects Earn National Awards

Three Northwest Arkansas developments are in the national spotlight after earning 2026 Charter Awards from the Congress for the New Urbanism.
