Generations Bank Supports Northwest Arkansas Community at Rogers Chamber Event

Earlier this March, the team at Generations Bank attended the Annual Celebration of Business and Community hosted by the Rogers Lowell Chamber, an event highlighting the people and organizations shaping the city.

As a Diamond Sponsor, Generations Bank supported a room full of business leaders, community advocates, and local organizations working to move the region forward.

A key moment was the recognition of Generations Bank’s Rogers Market President, Josh Vasquez, as the Chamber’s 2026 Chairman of the Board. The honor reflects both his leadership at the bank and his long-standing investment in Northwest Arkansas.

Josh has lived in Northwest Arkansas for more than 27 years and has built a career focused on service. As Rogers Market President, he brings experience across management, lending, business development, and community outreach, with a focus on underserved and underbanked populations.

Outside of work, Josh stays active in the community, serving with local organizations and mentoring entrepreneurs. He is a graduate of Leadership Springdale and Leadership Benton County and was named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40class in 2022.

The event served as a reminder of what drives growth in Northwest Arkansas. Behind it are people working together to create opportunity across the region, much like Josh.

Generations Bank also holds a unique role in that story. Chartered in Rogers, the bank’s story began in South Arkansas, built on a commitment to relationship-driven banking, service, and lasting impact. That foundation continues to shape how the bank invests locally and supports long-term community growth today.

Together, that history and leadership help Generations Bank continue to cultivate growth within the Rogers community and Northwest Arkansas for years to come.
