Bragging Rights: It’s not March Madness without a friendly bracket challenge. Not Loafin’ Around: The restaurant started in Kansas City in 1989 and has since expanded to more than 60 locations across the United States.

So Deli-cious: The menu features deli and hot sandwiches, fresh pasta, combo meals, and catering options. Each sandwich starts with bread baked fresh daily.

NWAudi: Audi will offer around 250 new and used vehicles and employ around 50 staff members. The dealership will be in a 35K sqft facility south of Everett’s existing locations.

A First for NWA: This is the Natural State’s second Audi dealership and the first in the Northwest Arkansas metro area, bringing a new luxury car option into the local market.

The Layout: The 55-acre development will include 281 single-family homes and 140 townhomes. 15 percent of the area will be dedicated to parks, trails, a dog park, and a pickleball court.

Walk This Way: The development is currently farmland. However, city planners expect it to become both a walkable neighborhood and corridor, where residents can walk or bike to shops.
