NWA Homes Selling 34 Days Faster Than Last Year

Northwest Arkansas homes are selling significantly faster in 2025, with days on market dropping from 85 days in the second half of 2024 to just 51 days in the second half of 2025.
Super Speedy: That’s a big change from the slower 2023-2024 market, where homes usually sat for about 85-87 days. Even with higher interest rates, homes are selling faster because sellers are pricing them realistically, and buyers are acting quickly.

A Northwest Arkansas Theatre Wins Major OpenAI Award
A local Northwest Arkansas nonprofit, TheatreSquared in Fayetteville, is among the first recipients of OpenAI’s People‑First AI Fund, which awarded $40.5M to 208 nonprofits across the country.
AI-ing for Good: The fund supports organizations using AI to benefit people and communities, from teaching tech skills to youth, improving healthcare access, and amplifying underrepresented voices. Nearly 3K organizations applied.
Leveling Up: With this funding, TheatreSquared can explore new ways to engage the community and enhance its productions, providing locals a real chance to experience next-level theatre in Northwest Arkansas.
