Real Estate
NWA Housing Market Stays Hot as New Builds Rise
Home sales, price gains, and new construction all shaped Northwest Arkansas’s market in the first half of 2025, according to the latest Skyline Report.
Sales Strong, Prices Up: A total of 5,049 homes sold across the region from January to June, while average prices climbed to $471,427 in Benton County and $417,489 in Washington County. Builders pulled 2,929 permits region-wide, which could signal more inventory ahead for buyers.
What Buyers and Sellers Should Know: Folks interested in buying soon can expect more room to shop, with new builds adding variety across price points. Sellers can still get strong offers, but success increasingly depends on standout presentation and pricing that competes well with nearby new construction.
