New Restaurant & Townhomes Planned Adjacent To Gulley Park
The Township Project, launched by Fayetteville-based CJC Development and STOKE Architecture, is transforming a former church adjacent to Gulley Park into a community hub.
Gather at Gulley: The development will convert the existing church building into a restaurant space, while adding eight new townhomes on the west side of the property.
Old Meets New: The mixed-use development blends history with modern living, introducing a new gathering space and residential density in East Fayetteville.

Rogers Breaks Ground On Fire Station & Improved Park
The City of Rogers broke ground on a new development that includes a new fire station and an improved park.
9-1-1, Rogers: Fire Station 4 is Rogers’ busiest station, receiving 4K calls each year. The new location will expand capacity to fit 18 firefighter rooms and feature a new layout designed to increase emergency efficiency. The opening date is scheduled for winter 2027.
Queue the Park Hangouts: Olive Street Park will reopen in summer 2027 with improvements in safe play spaces, more pickleball & basketball courts, a shaded gathering space, and public art.

UARK & NWA Council To Deliver NWA Economy Report

The UA’s Sam M. Walton College of Business and the Northwest Arkansas Council will share the 14th Annual State of Northwest Arkansas Region Report at the Fayetteville Town Center, on Thursday, Oct 23, at 11a.
State of the Union: The report is widely regarded as one of the best measures of NWA’s economy, with comparisons to other regions, like Austin, TX, Madison, WI, and Raleigh, NC, providing a baseline for the data.
What To Expect: The event begins with registration and networking at 11a, followed by the main program at 11:30a, where speakers will dive into the report and a quarterly business analysis. The deadline to pre-register is Friday, Oct 17.
