Drake Farms Project Gears Up for Next Phase in Fayetteville
More growth is on the way at Fayetteville’s Drake Farms as developers file permits for the next phase of the 120-acre mixed-use project.
Fresh Buildings: Plans include three multifamily buildings totaling 120 units and two build-out-ready commercial spaces, all set for a 33-acre stretch of the new N Mansfield Ave., which will connect the development to Drake St. in Fayetteville. The permits are valued at more than $19.6M.
Fayetteville Roots: High Street and Specialized Real Estate are behind the build, teaming up with local firms like BiLD Architects and Nabholz. It’s all part of a long-term vision for Drake Farms, which first broke ground with the Pendergraft Building and is set to keep growing over the next two decades.

Ozark United FC Unveils Vision for New Stadium and Entertainment District in Rogers
Ozark United FC has revealed new renderings and an expanded vision for its upcoming stadium development, reimagining the site as a dynamic, sports-anchored entertainment district in the heart of Northwest Arkansas.
Beyond The Game: Spanning 36 acres at the corner of West Perry Road and South Bellview Road in Rogers—just east of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade—the mixed-use project will feature commercial, retail, and residential components, transforming it into a year-round destination.
Future Goals: The site’s larger footprint makes room for future development and reflects a growing national trend where stadiums serve as vibrant community anchors. With room for restaurants, breweries, and entertainment, the new site will provide enjoyment for fans far beyond the 90-minute matches.
