Ozark United FC has revealed new renderings and an expanded vision for its upcoming stadium development, reimagining the site as a dynamic, sports-anchored entertainment district in the heart of Northwest Arkansas.

Spanning 36 acres at the corner of West Perry Road and South Bellview Road in Rogers — just east of the Pinnacle Hills Promenade — the mixed-use project will feature commercial, retail, and residential components, transforming it into a year-round destination.

This updated plan strengthens the club’s focus on a top-tier fan experience, smart growth, and long-term community impact. The site’s larger footprint makes room for future development and reflects a growing national trend where stadiums serve as vibrant anchors for entertainment and economic opportunity.

“Our goal has always been to create more than just a stadium; we want to build a lasting home for soccer and a hub for community engagement,” said Chris Martinovic, co-founder of Ozark United FC. “This district will provide fans, residents, and visitors with an unparalleled experience both on and off matchdays.”

The previous site had its advantages, but it fell short on space and infrastructure. After extensive public feedback, the message was clear: fans want more than just 90 minutes of play. They want an entire night out. The new site delivers, with room for restaurants, breweries, and entertainment that bring energy well beyond the final whistle.

“Sports-anchored entertainment districts are among the most exciting trends in stadium development across the country,” said Warren Smith, co-founder of Ozark United FC. “We’re listening to our fans and building something much bigger than a stadium—something that truly reflects the spirit of Northwest Arkansas. It’s an honor to help create a place where people can live, work, play, and come together around soccer and community.”

Key Features of the Development:

  • Enhanced fan experience: A modern stadium with expanded seating, upgraded amenities, and an immersive matchday vibe.

  • Aligned with USL’s vision: Supports the league’s growth strategies, including future promotion/relegation and top-tier standards.

  • Prime location and access: Designed for easy, efficient arrival and departure for fans.

  • Year-round energy: A vibrant, mixed-use district that drives impact beyond game day.

  • Live, shop, connect: Commercial, retail, and residential space tailored to meet the region’s growing demand.

  • Room to grow: Built with flexibility to scale and evolve as the region does.
