Loloft Reimagines The Warehouse Industry in Northwest Arkansas
Loloft will celebrate a huge milestone in its journey to redefine the warehouse industry with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration at its flagship location in Downtown Rogers tomorrow, Aug 24, at 5p.
Micro-warehousing: In its 30,000ft2 warehouse converted from an old ice factory in Downtown Rogers, Loloft will offer small businesses their own private micro-warehouse units and purpose-built solutions such as shipping receipt and unloading services, loading dock access, and daily carrier services.
Coworking spaces: Additionally, companies can benefit from Loloft’s elegant coworking amenities with access to high-speed WiFi, meeting rooms, phone booths, and community engagement.

Development
Newell Development Invests $100m in Bentonville, Adding 500 Residential Units
Newell Development has three multifamily developments in the works in Bentonville, adding 500 residential units to the market within the next two years.
Active Living: Currently under construction, Coler Crossing is a 60-unit walk-up apartment complex at the corner of Walton Blvd and 3rd St., just a mile from the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. Another development set to break ground by the end of the year is Midcity Commons, consisting of 236 mixed-use units near Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville and amenities like a dog park, gym, coworking space, and a pickleball court.
Need a Lift? Breaking ground in October, Main and A will offer 221 mixed-use units and feature a lounge pool, outdoor courtyards, coworking space, a gym, and six commercial spaces. The site will offer on-site shared car and bike programs and easy access to public transit to encourage alternative transportation.

Adventure Subaru Driving Local Education
As part of the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, Adventure Subaru of Fayetteville adopted 25 classrooms at Owl Creek School, providing much-needed funding for teachers to purchase impactful supplies.
For the Kids: Throughout August, Adventure Subaru and over 630 participating Subaru retailers nationwide will support high-need schools by funding school supplies and resources. With Adventure Subaru's support, students in Fayetteville will have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Around Town: Adventure Subaru won the Subaru of America's Retailer of the Year award in 2022 for its commitment to customers and the community. To date, the dealership has donated over $3.2m to 70+ charities in NWA.
