Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

Dance your way over to Crystal Bridges for the third Latin Dance Adventures — a free evening of Latin music, dancing, performances, and professional lessons from En Fuego Dance & Fitness on Thursday, Jul 13, at 6p.

  • Culture: The evening kicks off at 6p with a performance of Rhythm y MAS, a collection of original songs, scenes, and poems curated by the LatinX Theatre Project.

  • Movement: A 30min beginner’s dance class starts at 7:30p. After the lesson, the dance floor will stay open until 10:30p. Wear your most colorful attire or flower prints in honor of the current exhibition Diego Rivera’s America!

Slim Chickens turns 20 this year and is hatching out of its current egg… or office. The global restaurant chain recently purchased a new 35,700ft2 office building for $6.4m.

  • Not So Slim: Founded in Fayetteville by Tom Gordon and Greg Smart, Slim Chickens has over 200 locations worldwide and plans to surpass 250 by the end of 2024.

  • To Get To The Other Side: The 50 corporate employees at the Northwest Arkansas headquarters will move out of the space at 1088 E. Millsap Rd just across College Ave into the new four-story office space at 234 E. Millsap Rd.
