Progress Continues On First Street Flats Development In Downtown Rogers
Construction is underway on First Street Flats, a project by Specialized Real Estate Group that aims to be Downtown Rogers’ first large-scale, sustainable multifamily development.
A look inside: Located in the Water Tower District at 401 First St, the project will utilize part of the old Ozark Cider and Vinegar Company building as a central gathering space, including a plunge pool, co-working space, coffee bar, and additional storage for outdoor recreation rentals.
Prime space: Designed by Modus Studio, First Street Flats will include four 3-story buildings with a total of 120 units, giving residents a prime location in Northwest Arkansas to access the region’s outdoor recreation options and an easy commute to the surrounding cities.
