This week, Walmart opened the Cheer Office on its new 350-acre home office campus in Bentonville.
Give A Cheer: Cheer is the first of twelve office buildings to open. Each office on the new campus is named after a different element of Walmart's culture. This one references the Walmart Cheer, a tradition started by Sam Walton following inspiration from a 1975 trip to South Korea.
Holding Out For A Hero: Members of the fashion team are among the first associates to move into the new building, which includes a layout space for fashion merchandise and a Heroes Coffee shop.
