New Pub in Downtown Rogers Hosts Grand Opening

Pub on the Bricks launched last weekend in Downtown Rogers and will host its Grand Opening this weekend with live music by Blue Americana, performing Friday and Saturday, Sep 8-9.

  • A Family Affair: Located at The District, a newly renovated space at 106 W Elm St, Pub on the Bricks is owned by the Alexander family — longtime residents of Rogers and founders of the annual Pig Gig Arkansas festival.

  • Grab a Pint: Come enjoy the laid-back vibes, craft brew delights, live music, and good times! The new venue has indoor and outdoor seating and a finely curated selection of 14 Arkansas craft beers on tap, as well as a handpicked assortment of wines and domestic beers.

Fayetteville Public Library Provides Rooms For Personal Study and Private Events

Whether you’re an event planner in need of a venue or a remote worker looking for a change of scenery, Fayetteville Public Library offers affordable event spaces and free study rooms.

  • Places to Work: Several meeting rooms and over 20 study rooms are available to reserve for up to 4 hours at a time — perfect for a team meeting, tutoring sessions, or just a quiet space to work or study. Room reservations are free for library cardholders.

  • Places to Play: Event venues for medium to large-scale events are available at reasonable rates, including the Event Center (with a 1,000-person standing room capacity), multiple board rooms, a dance studio, a 16-station kitchen, and a beautiful outdoor courtyard space.

Tinkerfest Returns to the Amazeum This Month

Put your tinkering caps on and get ready for some fun during Tinkerfest — the Amazeum’s celebration of tinkering, making, and creating on Saturday, Sep 23, from 10a-5p.

  • Hands-On Learning: Tinkerfest brings together craftspeople, educators, artists, engineers, scientists, and technologists from diverse backgrounds to interact with families, promote creativity and curiosity, and support a community of makers.
