The Stonebreaker Hotel in Fayetteville Opens Feb 1

The Stonebreaker Hotel, a new 78-room property atop Markham Hill in Fayetteville, officially opens this Saturday, Feb 1.

• Stop By: The modern interior is inspired by Markham Hill's natural surroundings. The design was led by FÖDA, an Austin-based firm recognized by the James Beard Foundation. Amenities include an outdoor fire pit area, heated pool and hot tub, bar and lounge spaces, and an event venue.

• Stay A While: The hotel is part of a larger development by Specialized Real Estate Group that also includes a restaurant led by Executive Chef Tyler Rogers, former chef at Hail Fellow Well Met in Johnson, and a members' club overseen by Club Manager Cognac Franklin, who previously managed Bentonville's Blake St. House.
