160-Acre Cycling Center Planned For North Bentonville

Bentonville developer Blue Crane has been granted a conditional use permit for the Bentonville Cycling Center project, located on a 160-acre property north of I-49.

  • Re-Cycled Real Estate: The privately owned property has gradually been assembled since 2019 through numerous transactions exceeding $3m. Once used for mining, the land is currently vacant, though it has evolved into a popular gathering spot for recreational cyclists and mountain bikers — locally referred to as “Ironhead.”

  • A Biker’s Paradise: Blue Crane envisions Ironhead as an outdoor recreation center for local cyclists and a world-class road cycling venue for racing events. The center will include 2+ miles of paved circuits, 10+ miles of soft surface trail as part of the OZ Trails network, a large pavilion for public gatherings, a retail area, a food truck court, and more.

Whole Health Institute Adopts New Name And Launches Coaching Program

  • New Phone, Who Dis? The addition of “Heartland” aligns the nonprofit’s name with its commitment to building a regional collaborative, preventative, and value-based care model to scale beyond the Heartland to disrupt the national health crisis.

  • Habitual Health: The initial phase of the Whole Health Coaching Project involves a 12-month program offering free health coaching services to 350 patients from the Community Clinic administered by Newtopia, a tech-enabled whole health platform that helps instill sustainable habits to prevent, slow, and reverse chronic disease.
