LIVE! At Turnbow Concert Series Continues In Downtown Springdale

LIVE! at Turnbow Concert Series returns this month, with Taylor Smith and headliner Shannon Wurst taking the stage this Thursday, May 30, from 6:30-9p.

  • Set Free: The free outdoor concerts happen at Turnbow Park on the last Thursday of each month from April to September. The community can hear various local and regional musicians while enjoying the Downtown Outdoor Dining District.

  • Ozark Americana: Hailing from the Ozark Mountain region, Shannon Wurst has been captivating audiences with her unique country flair and open-hearted storytelling songs for 14 years. Her sound has been compared to Dolly Parton, Norah Jones, and Stevie Nicks.

Rogers Historical Museum Hosting Family Day In Downtown Rogers

The Rogers Historical Museum will host its annual Family Day, featuring tons of activities, food trucks, and entertainment in Downtown Rogers on Saturday, Jun 1, from 10a-2p.

  • Fun For All: Family Day at the museum is packed with activities for everyone! Enjoy farm animals, a quilt show, model trains, face painting, and tours of Butterfly Park. You can also watch local historic artisans demonstrate their crafts, including woodcarving, blacksmithing, lace making, spinning, and weaving.

  • On The March: At 1:30 p.m., members of the Rogers Heritage High School Marching Band will lead a Family Day Parade, beginning and ending at the museum — kids and families are welcome to make a fun parade craft and join in the lineup!

Groundwork’s First Housing Summit Explores Solutions For The Region

On May 8, Groundwork hosted its first-ever Creating Home Summit, gathering national thought leaders to discuss policies, practices, and promising solutions to increase sustainable housing options in Northwest Arkansas. Sessions from the summit are now available online, including:

Elegant Tequila Tasting Experience Coming To The Ledger

Experience the rich culture of Jalisco, Mexico, during Noche en Jalisco, an immersive tasting event featuring rare tequilas, live music, and delicious food at the Ledger on Jun 15.

  • For The Community: Proceeds from the event will support Casa Dos Alas, a new nonprofit tackling food insecurity among the Hispanic community in Northwest Arkansas. Tickets range from $150 to $200, with options for access to a VIP Tasting Terrace with exclusive drinks and appetizers.

  • On The Menu: Authentic Mexican cuisine will be offered from Tula, an upscale eatery in Downtown Fayetteville, and Taquiera Lucha, a food truck on 5th Street in Bentonville.
