Historic Victory Theater Announces Inaugural Show Following Renovation

With its renovation nearing completion, The Victory Theater in Downtown Rogers will host its grand reopening on Mar 13 with an unforgettable performance by legendary guitarist and composer Pat Metheny.

  • A Historic Win: The Victory Theater has been a cherished piece of the Rogers community for nearly a hundred years, dating back to its establishment in 1927. The recent renovation preserves its historic charm while modernizing amenities with expanded seating and enhanced sound capabilities.

  • You Like Jazz? Kicking off the inaugural season in the renovated space is Pat Metheny touring the release of his new album Dream Box. Metheny has won 20 Grammy Awards across twelve categories and is heralded by many in the music industry as the “Best Jazz Guitarist.”

Botanical Garden of the Ozarks Continues Flowers & Film Series with Harry Potter

The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks continues its Flowers & Film: Movie Series with a showing of Harry Potter & The Sorcerer’s Stone this Friday, Nov 10, from 7-10p — last we checked, there aren’t any mandrakes or whomping willows on the premises, so you should be safe.

  • Pass the Popcorn: The series of outdoor movies in the Garden is nearing its end, with just two movies left, including this weekend’s showing of Harry Potter and a showing of Elf next Friday, Nov 17.

  • Join the Fun: Bring your own blanket or lawn chair, and make some family memories in the Garden. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, including alcoholic beverages for guests 21 & up. Adult tickets are $10, kids 4-12 are $5, and kids 0-3 are free.
