The Future is Now

The time is now to address rising housing costs in Northwest Arkansas. We have the opportunity today to shape the NWA of tomorrow.
Housing Essentials: Teachers, nurses, firefighters, and other members of the region’s essential workforce face increasing obstacles in finding affordable housing relative to their incomes within the central corridor and near the region’s top amenities.
Building for the Future: Groundwork is working to strengthen communities by expanding housing for working families near employment, commercial, and cultural centers in Northwest Arkansas. The time is now to build the Northwest Arkansas of the future.
