WOKA Whitewater Park Now Open On Weekends

Surfs up! Floatation rentals and concessions will be open at WOKA Whitewater Park on weekends through the rest of the month.

  • Making a Splash: Located just across the Oklahoma border, WOKA, or Waters of Oklahoma and Arkansas, is a joint project of The Grand River Dam Authority and the City of Siloam Springs, with support from the Walton Family Foundation. The state-of-the-art facility includes a 1,200-ft-long channel with eight exciting drop features designed to challenge and thrill kayakers, surfers, and tubers alike.

  • Paddle On Up: The official spring grand opening was postponed due to weather and unsafe water levels, but the park is now open on weekends through May. After Memorial Day, the park will open seven days a week.

Taste The Best Of Northwest Arkansas During Chefs In The Garden At BGO

Chefs in the Garden, the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks’ signature spring fundraiser and one of our all-time favorite foodie events, returns for its 16th year on Tuesday, May 21, from 5-8:30p.

  • Gourmet Garden: Enjoy the beauty of the Garden while listening to live music, sipping on local libations, and sampling a diverse selection of culinary creations from the area’s finest chefs.

  • Reservations Please: Tickets range from $100 to $120 and cover all food and drink for the evening. A portion of each ticket sale will help feed the community via the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank.

Support Local Law Enforcement During The Benton County Sheriff's Cup

The Benton County Sheriff's Cup Cocktail Event and Golf Tournament are back for the 4th year, organized by L.E.A.P. NWA, which provides protective equipment for local law enforcement and offers financial & medical assistance for officers and their families during times of need.
