Arkansas Tourism Announces New Bike Tour
Yesterday, Arkansas Tourism officials announced an exciting new bike tour event to be hosted in the Natural State next year called the Arkansas Graveler.
Diamond of the South: Arkansas has roughly 69,000 mi of unpaved backroads, making the state’s beautiful landscape perfect for the rapidly growing sport of gravel cycling. As the new event draws hundreds of touring and recreational cyclists from across the country, local host communities will benefit economically. Local cycling legend Scotti Lechuga (pictured above) will serve as the Event Director.
Rock On: The six-day, 300+ mile bike journey will take participants down county and forest backroads throughout northern Arkansas, showcasing the state's natural beauty and culture. The ride will begin in Fayetteville at the University of Arkansas and end at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.
Registration for the Arkansas Graveler opens on Jan 1, 2024. Stay updated HERE.

Development
Luxury Car Condos Under Construction in Rogers
Site work has begun near Pinnacle Hills in Rogers on the Marque Collection Suites — which, as best we can describe, sounds like a community of storage units but waaaaay fancier.
Show Room: The first phase of the $35m development, let by entrepreneur Nick Dozier, will feature 52 units, ranging from 1,250ft2 to 3,750ft2 where tenants can display luxury cars, boats, motorcycles, or any fine collection from whiskey and wine to big game hunting trophies.
The Height of Luxury: Owners can customize their units however they want, including mezzanines, offices, bathrooms, bars, marble floors, etc. Phase two of the project will include 20 townhome-style units for residential use and amenities like a private clubhouse, fitness room, racing simulators, members’ lockers, bar, conference room, and private offices.
