Next Phase Of Johnson Square Development Begins With The Warehouse District

79,000 SF of mixed-use space to be added near I-49 in Johnson

The next phase of Johnson Square will include 79,000 sqft of mixed-use space at the southeast corner of Johnson Mill Blvd and Main Dr. intersection, offering a unique pocket within a larger, urban neighborhood

Johnson Square is an emerging neighborhood featuring professional offices, retail, entertainment, and a variety of homes. It offers an active mixed-use environment conveniently located near the I-49 transportation corridor and easy access to the Razorback Greenway and local green space.

The Warehouse District adds a new element to Johnson Square in terms of design and activity. The 6-acre, seven building development will be anchored by restaurants and also include retail, office, medical spaces, and 66 apartments.

High Street Real Estate & Development is leading development, and Bennett Commercial Real Estate is leading leasing for the next phase of the 93-acre Johnson Square neighborhood.
