New Residential Complex Coming to Crystal Bridges Campus
Construction will begin soon on a 300-unit apartment complex near the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine in Bentonville. The complex will blend with the natural landscape, creating a serene, park-like setting on an 11-acre site at 1100 and 1102 N.E. J Street.
Building Community: Slated for completion in 2026, the five-story complex will feature two buildings—one dedicated to medical students and the other open to area residents. Units will range from studios to two-bedrooms, offering convenient access to Crystal Bridges, the AWSOM campus, and Bentonville’s trails.
Whole-Health Living: The landscape will feature ponds, walking trails, and reflection spaces designed to encourage physical and mental wellness. Bike storage facilities will support access to Bentonville’s trail system, promoting whole-health living on campus.
