Moxy Fayetteville Opens to the Public Sep 18

Moxy Fayetteville is officially opening its doors on Thursday, Sept. 18, bringing a bold and energetic take on hospitality to the heart of South Yard.

Moxy is a seven-story, 131-room hotel developed by Specialized Real Estate Group, designed by Modus Studio, and operated by Beechwood Hospitality. As Arkansas’s first three-star Fitwel development, it brings together sustainability, flexibility, and social energy. The hotel features thoughtfully designed guest rooms, immersive public spaces, a 24/7 fitness center, and a sleek bar that doubles as the check-in experience.

Locals and visitors alike are invited to be among the first to check out Bar Moxy—the hotel’s check-in desk and lively social hub—serving up craft cocktails, zero-proof drinks, and a playful menu of bites.

Designed to spark connection and creativity, Moxy blends industrial-chic style with community-focused programming and a dose of Fayetteville flair. Bar Moxy will be open to the public on day one, offering a fresh gathering spot just steps away from the city’s entertainment district.

A ribbon-cutting celebration is set for Thursday, Oct. 9, at 4p, followed by networking and drinks at the bar. Media, neighbors, and community partners are all encouraged to attend.
