Blue Crane Shares More Details On Bella Vista Land Acquisition

More information has emerged from Blue Crane and Runway Group regarding the 2,700-acre land acquisition in Bella Vista.

  • Plans Pending: Over the next 18 months, Blue Crane will work closely with city officials to study development considerations for the properties. No official plans are in place, but mentions have been made of some commercial development and a stream restoration project at Sugar Creek.

  • Peak Properties: The Sunset Hotel and the historic Wonderland Cave are among the unique properties included in the acquisition. Blue Crane may use the Artist Retreat Center as a hub for meetings and design consultants.

  • Just Park It: Ozark Folk Jamboree kicks off Friday, Jul 12, at 6p with Dominic Bryan Roy, Jesse Dean, and headliner National Park Radio, a nationally touring indie-folk “power duo” based in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas.

  • Allstar Americana: The fun continues Saturday, Jul 13, at 5 with Dandelion Heart, Gary Lawrence, Front Porch, and the evening’s headliner, Eureka Strings, featuring an all-star lineup that gracefully glides across multiple genres from Country and Ozark Folk to Psychedelic.
