16-Story Dream Hotel Project In Pinnacle Hills Area Drops Plans For Entertainment Venue

The previously announced 16-story Dream Hotel project at 3529 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway in Rogers—the 1.57-acre site currently home to Ruth’s Chris Steak House—will continue without the TempleLive venue element.

  • Building Up: Behind the project is Rogers-based Beaty Capital Group Inc., which primarily invests in real estate in smaller markets in the Heartland. The company also develops and produces live music and entertainment nationally through its TempleLive brand.

  • Am I Dreaming: Parking became a problem for the project’s proposed entertainment venue, leading to a change of plans. For now, plans remain the same regarding the 207-room Dream Hotel will feature a rooftop pool and bar and include space for two restaurants and a pedestrian mall. The project is expected to cost upwards of $100m.
