Hometown Collective is a local real estate development partnership focused on thoughtful infill housing in Northwest Arkansas. The team prioritizes well-designed, appropriately scaled projects that fit the neighborhoods they’re in, avoiding oversized, out-of-place products.

Their goal is to add quality housing supply while elevating design standards and long-term value. They handle projects from acquisition and planning through vertical construction and delivery.

2026 Groundbreakings in Fayetteville

In partnership with local firm, Front Porch Real Estate, Hometown Collective will break ground on several residential developments this year, including:

  • 17-unit townhome community | 222 South College Ave: Located steps from the Fayetteville Square, this 2–3 bedroom townhome community (1,152–1,687 square feet) is designed to add attainable, walkable housing in the city’s urban core. Target completion for phase 1 is anticipated late summer to fall 2026.

  • Two custom single-family residences | South Happy Hollow Rd: Delivering summer 2026, these 3- and 4-bedroom homes (2,374 and 2,629 square feet) feature oversized backyards and elevated architectural finishes, bringing custom-home quality to an established Fayetteville corridor.

  • Four urban detached homes | South School Ave: Currently in planning, these walkable residences near the Ramble and the Fayetteville Square are expected to deliver late 2026 to early 2027.
