Peel Compton Foundation

Following months of storm cleanup after tornados and severe winds struck the area in May, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve in Bentonville has officially reopened all mountain biking trails.

  • Many Hands: Matt Timboe, Site Manager of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, shared, “This would not have been possible without the dedicated hard work of our trail and grounds crew, the many contractors who assisted, and countless other volunteers.”

  • Bright Future: The preserve's overall cosmetic restoration still needs further work, but space is open for the community to enjoy. In addition to the reopening, the team is excited to announce the beginning of new trail construction, which will further enhance the outdoor experience for the community and visitors.
