The Alice L. Walton School of Medicine (AWSOM) is looking for community members to join its Standardized Patient Program, playing a key role in training future physicians.
It Requires Patients: Standardized patients (SPs) are trained part-time employees who portray clinical scenarios (e.g., symptoms, concerns, emotions, and more) for medical students to develop communication and clinical skills in a realistic, safe environment.
Learn On The Job: No experience is required—just a flexible schedule, a willingness to learn, and reliable transportation to the AWSOM facility near the Crystal Bridges campus in Bentonville.
