Raise A Glass To The Hogs During The First Ever Beer Festival At A Razorback Football Game
Arkansas Edge will host Brew Pig Sooie on the west lawn of Bud Walton Arena this Saturday, Sep 14, from 11a-2:30p, prior to the Razorback Football home opener against UAB.
Cheers To That: This is the third iteration of the Razorback’s outdoor beer fest, which launched last year with Razorback Baseball and Soccer. All proceeds from Brew Pig Sooie support the Arkansas Edge NIL Collective to keep Razorback sports competitive in today's recruiting landscape.
Some Ol' Cold Beer: Over 25 local breweries will be on-site providing beer samples, including an opportunity to taste the brand-new Tusk Lager from GoatLab Brewery! Tickets are $50 and include a 5oz tasting glass for unlimited sample pours — or pay $70 to include a ticket to the game!

NWACC Unveils New Cycling And Trails Education Center Ahead Of New Trail Technician Program Launch
NWACC hosted the grand opening of its newly renovated Cycling and Trails Education Center last Thursday. The center will house the college’s Bicycle Technician program and the brand new Trail Technician Program.
In The Lab: What began as a metal shed has been transformed into a state-of-the-art lab equipped with cutting-edge equipment, tools, and virtual reality simulators. Students in the program will learn a range of skills for the trail industry, from trail design and maintenance to welding and heavy equipment operation.
Join The First Class: About 60 students are currently enrolled in the program, ranging from in-person to online learning options designed to prepare future professionals for the growing trails industry.

#NWAChampionship Week Returns With Exciting Lineup Of Community Events
The Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G, a premier stop on the LPGA Tour, returns to Pinnacle Country Club with a weeklong schedule of family-friendly events and premier golf viewing from Sep 23-29.
Let’s Run It Back: Along with the 5k @ the LPGA kicking off #NWAChampionship Week at the Walmart AMP on Saturday, Sep 21, the week will feature events for all ages, including yoga classes, a guided bike ride, junior golf clinics, and more.
A Taste Of The Glory: The BITE Experience @ the LPGA, a three-day food festival featuring over 60+ local diverse-owned restaurants and breweries, will take place Sep 27-29 onsite at the event. Tickets are on sale now for only $50, which includes unlimited food and drinks.

Celebrate National Day Of Encouragement During Art on the Bricks Art Walk In Downtown Rogers
This month’s Art on the Bricks Art Walk in Downtown Rogers falls on the National Day of Encouragement. Drop by this Thursday, Sep 12, from 4:30-7:30p to be inspired, uplifted, and encouraged by local art.
Rooted in Aransas: The first Day of Encouragement was announced by Mayor Belinda LaForce of Searcy, Arkansas, in 2007. That same year, Gov. Mike Beebe designated a statewide celebration on Sep 12. Eventually, President George W. Bush designated Sep 12 as the official National Day of Encouragement.
Building Back: Join the celebration of our community’s resilience and be encouraged as the Downtown community comes together for an evening of art displays, live music, great food, and local business spotlights.

Take A Tour Around the World At The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks
The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will celebrate the many cultures of the Northwest Arkansas community during the International Festival on Sunday, Sep 15, from 2-6p.
Come One, Come All: The International Festival is scheduled in conjunction with Welcoming Week NWA (Sep 13-22), a series of events across the region meant to bring together immigrants, refugees, and native-born residents to encourage inclusivity and collective prosperity. Experts will be present, sharing about resources for immigrants, refugees, and other marginalized communities.
Global Garden: Bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy dinner from one of several international food truck vendors while witnessing traditional dances and musical performances on the Great Lawn. Stroll around the Garden and explore the International Market, featuring arts and crafts, displays, and cultural items for sale.
