8-Story Student Housing Project In The Works Near Downtown Fayetteville

Current on Center, an 8-story student housing project with a rooftop pool, has been proposed for the lot at 612 Center St. in Fayetteville.

• Back To School: Located between the railroad tracks and the Razorback Greenway, the 764-bed, 226-unit project is expected to cost upwards of $60M. If approved, completion is expected by July 2026.

• With A Pool: The property will feature a mix of apartments, a 239-space parking structure, and indoor and outdoor amenities, including a public park, rooftop pool, gaming and social lounges, study and meeting space, and a fitness center.
