Last week, we had the opportunity to sit down with Chef William Mauk, chef and owner of Bienvenue Restaurant, for a closer look at Northwest Arkansas’s exciting new French fine dining experience in Downtown Springdale.
Tour de French Cuisine: Bringing 20+ years of experience to Bienvenue, Chef Mauk trained in New Orleans under French master chef Rene Bajeux before his culinary journey took him from Baton Rouge to New Orleans to Springfield. Before Bienvenue, William crafted culinary masterpieces at the Inn at Carnall Hall in Fayetteville.
