LEGO To Open First Arkansas Store In Rogers This Weekend

The Natural State’s first LEGO Store officially opens this weekend at Pinnacle Hills Promenade in Rogers on Friday, Aug 16.

• Bricks On Bricks: LEGO retail outlets offer a hands-on experience with the brand's products, often featuring interactive displays, building stations, and exclusive items.

• Everything Is Awesome: The LEGO Store Pinnacle Hills will celebrate the grand opening with an on-site mystery mural, a LEGO brick-building activity, and promotions all weekend.

Gran Fondo Hincapie Bringing Two-Day Cycling Event To Bentonville In September

Gran Fondo Hincapie is bringing its iconic multi-day cycling experience to Bentonville for the first time this fall, Sep 7-8.

• The Ultimate Cycling Experience: Hosted by American professional road cyclist and Olympian George Hincapie, the Gran Fondo (Italian for “big ride”) experience includes a timed race, scenic routes, sustained climbs, and two days of festivities for cycling enthusiasts of all skill levels.

• Hitting The Road: The weekend will kick off with a Celebrity Chef Dinner on Sep 6, sampling culinary creations from the country’s top chefs as riders mingle with one another and the Hincapie team. Cyclists can choose to ride on Saturday and/or Sunday, with each day offering 80, 50, or 15 mi options. Each day will conclude with a free Family Festival & Expo.

Indulge In A Farm Fresh Dining Experience At Red Barn Bentonville

Gather with local farmers, chefs, artisans, and community members during the Fall 2024 Farm Dinner Series at Red Barn in Bentonville. Four opportunities are coming up, with dinners scheduled on Aug 23, Aug 24, Sep 20, and Sep 21.

• Rebuilding Red Barn: Red Barn Bentonville is Arkansas's first agri-hood, an urban farming community just minutes from Downtown Bentonville. Proceeds raised by Farm Dinners support Red Barn’s Youth Hunger Program and rebuilding efforts following extensive damage caused by the Memorial Day Weekend storms—both high tunnels were destroyed, resulting in a 90% loss of crops.

• Upcoming Dinner Dates: Enjoy a delicious menu of high-quality seasonal produce from local farms, handcrafted cocktails, a farm tour, and live music during the upcoming August Farm Dinner, featuring Chef Brian Busker, and the September Farm Dinner, featuring Chef Micah Klasky of The Hive at 21C.

The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will celebrate the many cultures of the Northwest Arkansas community during the 8th Annual International Festival on Sunday, Sep 15, from 2-6p.
