Snap Your Christmas Pic Passport in Downtown Rogers

The City of Rogers is hosting its 4th Annual Christmas Pic Passport event, inviting everyone to enjoy the magic of Downtown Rogers.

  • Pics Or It Didn’t Happen: Explore the dazzling Christmas lights adorning the brick streets of Downtown Rogers as you visit seven holiday-themed locations to snap photos with friends and family.

  • That’s a Wrap: Those who visit all seven locations will be rewarded with a limited-edition Rogers blanket, which can be picked up at Rogers City Hall or the Rogers Historical Museum.

Fayetteville Farmers Market Launches Holiday Market at the Square

Get your holiday shopping lists started. Two exciting holiday markets are kicking off this weekend in Fayetteville, just a few blocks from one another.

  • Farmers Market: Pick up a natural wreath, browse handcrafted items, and find plenty of delicious treats for sale during the Fayetteville Farmers’ Holiday Market on the Downtown Square on Dec 2, 9, and 16 from 9a-1p.

  • Holiday Market: Shop unique handmade creations by local artists at the Community Creative Center’s Annual Holiday Market, open daily from Dec 2-17. The Open House is this Saturday, Dec 2, and there will be hot cocoa, apple cider, and snacks available!

Launch Into Learning During the University of Arkansas Museum’s Space Night

Get an up-close look at amazing space artifacts, including a meteorite that fell right here in Northwest Arkansas, during the U of A Museum’s Space Night this Friday, Dec 1, from 2-4:45p.

  • Space Out: The museum is partnering with the UARK Space Hogs for an evening of cosmic fun and exploration, giving visitors the chance to learn more about space exploration and research in a fun and interactive way and witness rare and fascinating space artifacts up close.

  • Ready for Take Off: Journey through the cosmos in a mobile planetarium and see space-related artifacts up close, including meteorites, a campus computer that used to control a telescope, and more.

Light Up the Holiday Season During the Siloam Springs Christmas Parade

The Light Up Siloam Springs Christmas Parade will illuminate the streets of Downtown Siloam Springs this Saturday, Dec 2, at 5:30p.

  • Interest: The parade will begin on Tulsa St, near Siloam Springs Middle School, then make its way to Jefferson/Maxwell for the lighting of the Downtown Christmas Lights around 6p.

  • Desire: Bring your blankets and hot cocoa and enjoy a fun evening with the community to cheer on local businesses, organizations, and groups as they pass by on elaborately decorated floats!
