Campfire Ranch Little Sugar Opens Oct 10, Bringing Bike-Friendly Adventure Lodging to Bella Vista

Campfire Ranch, the Colorado-based outdoor hospitality brand, has announced October 10 as the official opening date for Campfire Ranch Little Sugar—a new bike-focused adventure lodge in Bella Vista and the first of its kind in the area.

Originally announced in October 2024, Campfire Ranch Little Sugar marks a major investment in Northwest Arkansas outdoor tourism, transforming a historic E. Fay Jones-designed inn on the Blue Crane property into a mid-century modern lodge designed for riders, explorers, and weekend wanderers alike.

The seven-room property blends sleek design with trail-friendly amenities: shared outdoor cooking space, sauna, cold plunge, indoor lounge, fire pits, gear storage, bike wash stations, grab-and-go snacks, and daily fresh-brewed coffee. Each room has its own private bath, and groups can book the entire lodge for events, retreats, or weekend getaways.

Guests will also have access to Campfire Ranch’s signature Adventure Concierge—a locally informed guide service that connects visitors with mountain biking, hiking, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more across the region.

Campfire Ranch Little Sugar is the first commercial lodging property in Bella Vista and sits just minutes from the upcoming Oz Trails Bike Park, which will feature 20 miles of lift-access gravity trails when completed. It also neighbors the Little Sugar trail system, home to 40 miles of purpose-built routes for mountain biking, trail running, and hiking.
