Campfire Ranch Adventure Lodge Coming to Bella Vista

Campfire Ranch, a rapidly expanding Colorado-based outdoor hospitality brand, is proud to announce an exciting new lodge location, Campfire Ranch Little Sugar, opening spring 2025 in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Campfire Ranch Little Sugar will be the first adventure lodge in Bella Vista, sitting directly on Bella Vista’s Little Sugar trail system allowing for backyard access to 40-miles of open network trails purposefully designed for cycling, trail running and hiking.

The property itself, a historic E. Faye Jones design, was formerly operating as the Inn at Bella Vista. In partnership with landowner Blue Crane, Campfire Ranch will be reopening the Inn at Bella Vista as an adventure lodge where guests can stay in one of 8 individually bookable rooms or rent out the entire space to be utilized for private events, corporate retreats or intimate gatherings with friends and family. Breakfast will continue to be served for all guests on-site. The remodeled and thoughtfully designed communal spaces will include a pool, fire pit, outdoor cooking space, indoor lounge, and bar.

Campfire Ranch Little Sugar’s amenities will center around access to recreation in the Northwest Arkansas region, including their Adventure Concierge service that connects guests with local things to do, like mountain biking, hiking, and water recreation, including fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Campfire Ranch Little Sugar will be the ultimate destination for those traveling to Bella Vista in pursuit of access to Northwest Arkansas’ world-class outdoor recreation.

Campfire Ranch and Blue Crane’s relationship will help to further attract deeper opportunities for community and tourism engagement in the broader Northwest Arkansas region.
