Bentonville Gains New Nightlife Destination With Backroom Social Club

Backroom Social Club recently took on the lease for 1004 S.E. 5th St., the 12,000 sq. ft. space formerly home to CACHE Studios, with plans to open a multipurpose community events center and nightlife hub in Downtown Bentonville.

  • Popping Off: Backroom was founded by Sam Solano and Karen Leibowitz last year, mostly hosting pop-up events like the FORMAT Festival Afterparty and a family-friendly dance party at the Momentary. Dreams for the new space include a recording studio, bar, and coffee shop.

  • Night Owls: Providing a new late-night destination for the Bentonville Arts District, Backroom is expected to be open from 9p-3a on Thursdays through Saturdays. It will also host art auctions, jazz nights, daytime family-friendly events, and more.
