Food & Drink
Fayetteville’s Swankiest New Cocktail Bar Is The Guisinger
The Guisinger, a new cocktail bar by the team behind Feed & Folly and City Park, opened up last month on the Fayetteville Square at 1 E. Mountain St.
If These Walls Could Sing: The bar’s name and decor commemorate the building’s history as a music store operated by Ivan Guisinger and his sons from 1925-1981. Constructed in 1886, the two-story building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Swanky Stuff: The Guisinger is a swanky spot to grab a drink, appetizers, and desserts on the Square. We tried the pork belly, bone marrow, and bread, and they were all fantastic!
