🚗 Herd of Mustangs: Thunder on the Mountain is this weekend in Eureka Springs. It is Arkansas’s largest gathering of Ford Mustangs.
🍖 Saucy: The first Bentonville BBQ Festival is this weekend, Saturday, at the Momentary.
🌳 Picnic at the Peel: Celebrate 150 years of Bentonville history at the Peel Museum & Botanical Garden’s Community Picnic on Sunday, Jun 1.
🎬 Here We Go Again: Mount Sequoyah’s Movies on the Mountain is back Friday, May 30, from 7:30–10p with a sing-along screening of Mamma Mia! under the stars.
🎶 Hebron Hits: The Prairie View Center Summer Concert Series is bringing the tunes to Mount Hebron Park in Rogers tonight (Friday).
🎨 Arts & Crafts: The 9th Annual Spring Market NWA will be this weekend at the Benton County Fairgrounds. The market includes over 75 local makers and artisan from the region.
🎸 Feel the Funk: Speaking of music, Eureka Springs Blues Party, a Blues Rock and Funk Festival is this weekend.
📚 Summer Break: Fayetteville Public Library has their Summer Reading Club kickoff with a full day of events and family activities Saturday.
⚾️ Field of Dreams: Arkansas Baseball team will be hosing the NCAA Regionals baseball tournament this weekend with Creighton, Kansas, and NDSU players and fans visiting town.
🌸 Dandy: Sacred Hollow Farms is hosting their season opener of U-Pick Wildflowers Saturday morning in Lowell.

NWA Real Estate Activity Year to Date
As we quickly close out the month of May, NWA Look provides us with insights as to what real estate has been doing year-to-date in Northwest Arkansas.
High-Volume Towns: Fayetteville leads with 557 residential sales YTD. Bella Vista follows closely with 473 attracting buyers with its affordability and outdoor appeal. Springdale (418 sales) and Bentonville (467) also remain active markets. These four towns make up nearly 3/4ths of all transactions YTD.
Outliers and Standouts: Elm Springs closed out the first half of the year with the most expensive median home price at $663K while also having the fewest transactions (22). Garfield (Beaver Lake area) tops the list with the highest average price per sq ft at $320.

Arts & Music
A New Note in the Ozarks
The inaugural Ozark Music Festival begins Wednesday, June 11, with a free outdoor concert at Fayetteville’s Upper Ramble.
Born to Transform: Building upon the legacy of the Hot Springs Music Festival, this new regional concert series features 13 concerts performed by emerging artists, faculty, and top orchestras. The 2025 theme, “Transformation”.
Iconic Sounds, Inspiring Spaces: From chamber concerts in churches to orchestra performances at Crystal Bridges, the Momentary, and the U of A, audiences can expect intimate and immersive concerts throughout the 10+ day event. The festival runs June 11–22, with free and ticketed events across the region.
