The Jones Center Goes 90s For Annual Big Night

Party like it’s 1999 during the 11th Annual Big Night at The Jones Center on Friday, Nov 3 — this year rocking a retro '90s-theme.

  • A Big Deal: Big Night is The Jones Center’s signature fundraising event supporting membership and activity scholarship programs, which benefit over 1,300 people in our community.

  • Glow Up: The gala is going a little more casual this year. So put on your sneaker chic attire and get ready to throw it back with live music by 90s cover band Dial Up. Guests can enjoy 90s game rooms, food stations, wine-tasting bars, and even glow-in-the-dark curling at the indoor ice rink!

Wu-Tang Clan Brings Da Ruckus To the Momentary

The Momentary’s Live on the Green Concert Series continues this month with multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan performing Oct 28 at 8p.

  • Bring Da Ruckus: One of the most critically and commercially successful hip-hop groups of all time, Wu-Tang Clan consists of artists RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, Cappadonna, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

  • Makin’ Green: Bring your folding chairs and blankets and enjoy the fall evening to the sound of live music on the Momentary Green. Grab a bite at the Momentary Food Truck and a fun beverage from the RØDE Bar before and during the show!

Arkansas Razorbacks Host Fall World Series

The Razorbacks Baseball Team will host its annual Fall World Series next week at Baum-Walker Stadium from Oct 16-19.

  • Fall Ball: Wrapping up its 2023 fall season, Arkansas will split into two teams, Cardinal and Gray, for a best-of-three series featuring seven-inning intrasquad scrimmages. The first pitch is scheduled for Monday, Oct 16, at noon. Game two begins at noon on Tuesday, Oct 17; if necessary, game three will be held on Thursday, Oct 19.

  • Up to Bat: The Fall World Series is completely free, including parking. So stop by for some fall baseball and get a good look at the team before the spring season comes!
