Sips On The Bricks Returns To Downtown Rogers

Celebrate the season with a holiday-themed Sips on the Bricks in Downtown Rogers, including a costume contest, poker run, and local shops highlight this Saturday, Dec 2, from 3-8p.

• Just A Sip: Downtown merchants will compete in a holiday drink contest, which the “sippers” can try as they shop. Vote for your favorites! The merchant with the best “sip” wins year-long bragging rights and a traveling trophy.

• I’m All In: Participants will also receive a poker run card to complete as they visit the poker stops at various restaurants and shops with specials and deals exclusively for the event. At the end of the night, Ozark Beer Company will host the After Party to announce the winners of the best sip, the poker run, and the costume contest.

New Bakery & Wine Bar Coming To Dickson St in Fayetteville

An exciting expansion is on the horizon for Baked by Kori, as the bakery & wine bar recently announced its upcoming expansion to Fayetteville.

• What A Year: Baked by Kori Bakery & Wine Bar was founded by Kori Stanton, who opened her first location in Rogers in January 2023. Stanton signed a lease for the Fayetteville location on Nov 16, the same day she signed for the original Rogers establishment in 2022.

• Annie, Are You Ok? The new location will fill the space previously occupied by Auntie Anne’s & Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at 644 W. Dickson St., offering an array of cookies, brownies, cake pops, cupcakes, sourdough bread, quiche, scones, and more, as well as beer, wine, and mimosas. Plans are to open the new space early next year.

A Christmas Carol On Stage Now At TheatreSquared

A favorite Northwest Arkansas holiday tradition, A Christmas Carol is back for another year at TheatreSquared, with shows running until Christmas Eve.

New Program Will Empower Local Nonprofits To Drive Positive Change In Northwest Arkansas

The Jones Center in Springdale has joined forces with local consulting firm goodmakerU to launch Raise NWA, a groundbreaking 14-month training program for 20 nonprofit leaders from Northwest Arkansas, backed by the Walmart Foundation.

• Need a Lift? Raise NWA is a transformative initiative to equip local nonprofits with the essential leadership, communication, and fundraising skills needed to navigate the evolving philanthropic landscape.

• Hitting Reset: The program promises a mindset reset to help nonprofit leaders amplify their impact, and with support from the Walmart Foundation, leaders can participate at no cost. Applications are open until Dec 15.

Ozark Beer Company Hosts Second Annual Santa Dash in Downtown Rogers

Hundreds of Santas will race through Downtown Rogers during Ozark Beer Company’s second annual Santa Dash this Saturday, Dec 2, at 1p.

• The Man With the Bag: Registration includes one drink ticket. The first 200 registered racers will receive a full Santa suit to run in, including a hat, belt, beard, jacket, and pants. Finishers will be rewarded with a finishers ornament upon completion.

• Jolly Jog: Run, walk, or dance through a 1-mile route downtown with hundreds of other Santas, then make your way back to the brewery for a post-race celebration. This event also perfectly coincides with SantaCon NWA if you’re looking to stay jolly all day!
