Keys to Success: The 160-unit development is located next to the Bentonville Community Center and includes 120 apartments and 40 cottages, featuring amenities like major appliances, on-site child care, on-site adult education classes, and more.

Room to Grow: The cottages will primarily serve teachers and staff from the Bentonville School District. The goal is to help residents transition into affordable housing and homeownership.

Red Hot Chile Peppers: The community is invited to race in the Tom Lewis 1 Mile Pepper Dash on Friday, or a 4K or 8K on Saturday. The remaining races will feature local junior high teams, along with high school and collegiate competition.

Pepper in Your Step: More than 80 college teams and 120 high school teams typically compete each year, with around 500 individuals expected to participate in the open events. The festival has become one of the premier running events in the U.S.

Artansas: Stroll through participating businesses, meet talented local artists, shop one-of-a-kind artwork, enjoy buskers and live performances, and experience Downtown Springdale in a whole new way.
