A Kupp of Joe: It is co-owned by two-time Super Bowl Champion Cooper Kupp, alongside his wife, brother-in-law, and extended family. Operating hours are Monday-Friday from 6a-6p, Saturday from 7a-6p, and Sunday from 7a-3p.

Suite News: The Morgan will feature eight new condominiums and a restaurant space, with plans to announce the restaurant tenant later in the construction process.

Square Deal: It will be located steps from existing Johnson Square favorites like Pizzeria Ruby, Ozark Mountain Bagel, and Hail Fellow Well Met. The launch party will allow guests to get a first look at renderings and floor plans.

Winging It: It is a free, family-friendly celebration of the monarch butterfly's migration from Canada through Northwest Arkansas toward Mexico. Expect activities, demonstrations, learning stations, arts & crafts, and more.
