A New Local Brewery Opened In Rogers
Arkansas Trails Brewing Company, a new local brewery, opened its doors near Rogers.
Hoppy Days Ahead: Located just 2 miles from Downtown Rogers on Highway 12 near Prairie Creek, the brewery serves craft beer, cocktails, wine, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beer. Guests can also enjoy live acoustic music on the patio on Friday evenings, weather permitting, and grab a bite from a local food truck, Sims Smokehouse BBQ.
Ale Yeah! Arkansas Trails is open seven days a week: Monday through Thursday from 11a-8p, Friday through Saturday from 11a-9p, and Sunday from 12p-6p. An official grand opening celebration is planned for October.

SOAR NWA Balloon Festival Returns To Bentonville
The 7th Annual SOAR NWA, a hot air balloon festival, will fly into the Benton County Fairgrounds in Bentonville on Friday, Aug 14, and Sat, Aug 15, from 5p-10p.
Catch a Ride: Weather permitting, there will be hot air balloon and helicopter rides, plus live music, a kids zone, a car exhibit, wrestling on Saturday, a beer garden, and food trucks.
For a Good Cause: Proceeds will support Open Avenues, a local nonprofit that helps create employment opportunities for adults with disabilities across Northwest Arkansas.

Washington Regional Named Top Hospital in Arkansas for Sixth Consecutive Year
Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville was named the Best Regional Hospital in Arkansas for the sixth consecutive year in the latest U.S. News & World Report rankings.
Healthy Competition: U.S. News evaluated nearly 4,500 hospitals nationwide. Only 16% earned a Best Hospitals designation, with Washington Regional receiving High Performing ratings in 13 areas of care, more than any other hospital in Arkansas.
Best in the State: Mercy Hospital in Rogers ranked No. 2 in the state, giving Northwest Arkansans even more access to high-quality healthcare without having to leave the region.

NWA’s First-Ever Michaels Set To Open In Rogers
Northwest Arkansas's first-ever Michaels store will open in Rogers, with a grand opening celebration planned for Friday, Aug 14, from 9a-2p.
Crafting Something New: Michaels is a specialty retailer offering arts and crafts supplies, yarn and sewing materials, paper crafting, home décor, kids' activities, seasonal décor, and more. The chain operates more than 1,300 stores nationwide, with the closest location to Northwest Arkansas in Fort Smith.
A Cut Above the Rest: The Rogers store will be just the third Michaels location in the country to feature the retailer's new experimental layout, designed with a more local feel. New features include custom framing, same-day printing, personalization services, classes, and birthday parties.
