Onyx Coffee Lab To Open New Spot in Bentonville
Onyx Coffee Lab is preparing to officially open Onyx at The Preserve, a new café and gathering space located within the park grounds of Bud’s Preserve in Bentonville.
Preserving the Details: Designed as an all-day destination, the space is accessible from the Greenway and features coffee, handmade pizzas, snacks, beverages, outdoor seating, and a bikeable rooftop, all housed in a thoughtfully designed building.
Coming Soon: Onyx at The Preserve is currently operating in a limited soft opening, with expanded service expected soon.

NWA Fast-Casual Restaurant Gets National Recognition
A Northwest Arkansas-based fast-casual restaurant was named to the 2026 Fast Casual Top 100 Movers & Shakers.
Nationally Ranked: Slim’s Chickens, founded in Fayetteville in 2003 with its first location on College Avenue, came in at No. 11. The spot has now grown to more than 250 locations worldwide.
Best and Tastiest: The annual award celebrates brands and leaders who are redefining the fast casual restaurant market. It includes national brands like Chipotle, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Cava, which ranked No. 1 on the list.
