Bentonville Film Festival Set To Return in June
The Bentonville Film Festival will return to the city for the 12th time, happening from Monday, Jun 15, through Sunday, Jun 21.
The Reel Deal: Expect a full schedule of premieres, filmmaker Q&As, industry conversations, and the return of the Homegrown category spotlighting Arkansas filmmakers and stories rooted in the Natural State.
Screen Time: There will also be free outdoor family films, hands-on kids activities, and community events across Bentonville.

Two NWA Counties See Nationally-Ranked Housing Unit Growth
According to new Census Bureau data, Benton and Washington counties rank among the nation’s fastest-growing counties for housing unit growth.
Building Boom: Benton County recorded Arkansas’s fastest housing growth, increasing 3.4% from 131,795 housing units in 2024 to 136,217 in 2025, making it the 42nd fastest-growing county in the country.
Growth-Oriented: Washington County followed close behind with a 3% increase to 113,002 housing units, ranking 62nd nationally.

A fresh take on a classic love story is headed to Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville as & Juliet takes the stage in Baum Walker Hall from Tuesday, May 26, through Sunday, May 31.
A Romeo & Juliet Remix: Created by Emmy-winning Schitt’s Creek writer David West Read, the Broadway musical imagines what would happen if Juliet chose her own ending instead of following Romeo’s tragic fate.
